How is pricing determined?
Athvin pricing is based on the number of unified fan records in your database, not on queries, API calls, or number of users. You get one predictable number per month regardless of how often your team accesses the platform.
Do you charge per system integration?
No. All tiers include our standard integration library. Enterprise clients with custom integration needs are the exception and those are scoped individually.
What happens if we exceed our fan record limit?
We'll reach out proactively before you hit your limit and work with you to move to the right tier. We don't cut off access or charge surprise overage fees.
Is there a contract commitment?
Growth and Starter tiers are available on annual contracts. Enterprise deals are typically multi-year. We don't offer month-to-month because the value of Athvin compounds over time as your fan records become more complete.
What's included in onboarding?
Every tier includes full onboarding: system connection setup, historical data import, identity resolution configuration, and team training. Starter gets this remotely, Growth gets a dedicated onboarding specialist, Enterprise gets an on-site kickoff.
