Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Athvin's fan intelligence platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Services

Athvin provides a fan data platform that connects to athletic department systems, performs identity resolution, and creates unified fan records. Services are provided under the terms of your individual service agreement with Athvin.

Data ownership

All fan data processed through Athvin remains the property of the athletic department client. Athvin processes this data as a service provider under the direction of the client. Clients may export or request deletion of their data at any time.

Permitted use

Athvin may only be used for legitimate fan relationship management by college athletic departments. Use of the platform to engage in illegal data practices, unauthorized data sharing, or activities that violate fan privacy rights is prohibited.

Service availability

Athvin targets 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance. Service level agreements are defined in individual client contracts.
